I used LAX Wally for the first time. Never again. When I arrived from my trip, I tipped the driver and the gentleman at the valet said “is that all you’re giving him for a week?” I said I was gone 2 days. He shook his head. Then I went to the front desk and the older cashier said you need to prove you paid. I showed him my receipt for the dash board. He said that doesn’t tell me you paid. I pulled out my laptop to get the information. He said you don’t need to do that if you’re sure you paid. I said my credit card was charged. The only person that had any customer service was the young gentleman who got my car. I returned at midnight on July 14.
SpotHero made it easy to make a discounted reservation. Responded promptly to my email when i requested a receipt. the app is great too, it shows the parking structure address, map, hours etc. very user friendly
